1. The tool

Majia Channel Tools is an internal tool operated by Majia Media (馬家媒體) for managing YouTube channels that Majia Media (馬家媒體) owns or manages. It is not offered to the public.

2. YouTube Terms

The tool uses YouTube API Services. Anyone using the tool agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledges the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

• Only content that we created or have the rights to may be uploaded.
• Content must follow YouTube Community Guidelines and spam policies. No fake engagement, no misleading metadata, no automated mass commenting.
• Comment replies are posted only on videos of the authorized channel.

Videos published with the tool provide industry and market information only and are not investment advice.
